Apparently, juice bars are the new cupcake shops. They're everywhere in Boston and there's always a new one opening. Recently, I've been to 3 of those juiceries and, since I liked them very much, I thought I could share about them here.
First up, is Jugos. Jugos is small, but it's always busy. They have a good variety of juices, smoothies, bowls, salads and other healthy snacks, but what really caught my attention was that you can buy their fruit too. Their set up is really cute, with baskets of fruits you can pick and pay by weight. Also, that's where I first learned about chia pudding (theirs is really good, by the way). I've been a client for a while now. You can see their full menu here.
Next, is Revolution Juice. This spot is very new, it opened just a few weeks ago. I fell in love as soon as I entered it! The place is so beautiful with handwritten menus and beautiful fruit illustrations by local artist Monique Aimee. It's so bright and colorful that even if you're in the worst of the moods, it will cheer you up. Besides juices, bowls and smoothies, Revolution Juice also serves soups, coffee and baby food, which I think is a very clever move- coming summer, I see many moms stopping by! They have their entire menu on their website.
Finally, there's PRESSED, which has been open for a couple of months now. Molly and I went there for lunch a few weeks ago and thought the shop is adorable! It's small, but there are a few stools by the window for you to eat your healthy meal and drink your healthy juice. I had seen on Instagram that they had an amazing looking avocado toast and was pretty decided to order that, but their superfood sushi almost made me change my mind! It looked so yummy! They have other breakfast and lunch foods, smoothies and homemade popsicles! Check out their full menu here.
There's a lot of things to do in Boston! Check all I've written about it so far here.
